Admission Procedures

ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR NEW STUDENTS:

  1. Go to (https://roquenian.ph)  Click Register Now > for New Student, Fill out the Application Form and Upload the required documents for evaluation then click Submit button.

    Note: For walk-in applicants proceed to kiosk for assistance.

  2. An email and sms confirmation will be send to you with your Application ID and Password once you submit the online application form.
  3. Our admission Officer will send an Email or SMS for the schedule of your interview. Please ensure that the email and SMS you registered is active.
  4. Applicant together with their parents will be interviewed by the admission Staff, either online or onsite.
  5. Submit the requirements to the Registrar’s Office. These requirements should be place inside a long brown envelope.
  6. Proceed with the payment to the Cashier’s Office or Online Payment. For online payment pay the fee via bank transfer.

● Once payment is made, SCAN/SCREENSHOT your proof of payment then go to Tuition Menu, click browse and select image then click Upload Proof of Payment to submit.

● Wait for the SMS/Email Confirmation or you may login to your SMS Account and check your enrollment status for updates within 3 working days. 


ONLINE APPLICATION PROCEDURES FOR OLD STUDENTS:

STEP 1:  PARENT/STUDENT ACCOUNT LOG-IN

Go to (https://roquenian.ph) , click Student Portal, for OLD Student. 
Login to your account

USERNAME : STUDENT ID  (2020-0001)
  PASSWORD: YYYY-MM-DD  (1999-03-04) Birthdate

Click enlistment > Update your personal info > Select Modality > choose payment plan > Submit.

STEP 2:  PAYMENT 

Proceed with the payment to the Cashier’s Office or Online Payment. For online payment pay the fee via bank transfer 

-Enter school bank details

Once payment is made, SCAN/SCREENSHOT your proof of payment then go to Tuition Menu, click browse and select image then click Upload Proof of Payment to submit.
Wait for the SMS/Email Confirmation or you may login to your SMS Account and check your enrollment status for updates within 3 working days.
